IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 1,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.

The neighborhood
This house is placed in Campos, Illes Balears, Spain.
The house is located in a very beautiful and quiet land zone only a few minutes away by car from Portocolom and Felanitx cities, well-known for all kind of facilities, plenty of shops and very good restaurants.
Another picturesque beaches Cala Gran, Cala D’Or, Cala Sa Nau and Cala Esmeralda are around 10-11 km away.
