Beautiful house with swimming pool and sea view, a typical charming house surrounded by nature only 5-10 km away from the famous eastern coast beaches Costa de los Pinos, Cala Millor, Canyamel, Cala Rajada, Capdepera and Artà. A perfect place for a family holiday or with friends.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.

The neighborhood
The house is located in a very quiet area near Son Servera 4,3 km away to northeast and 5-7 km away from Costa de los Pinos, Cala Bona, Cala Millor, Canyamel that are the most popular beaches on the eastern coast of Mallorca offering all kind of the services and facilities. There are also many shops and restaurants in the area.
We recommend to our guests to rent a car.
We have a special deal with the company SIXT at
the airport.
Things to keep in mind
- In July and August, a minimum stay of 7 nights is requested.
- Baby Set consisting of baby cot and high- chair is available on request
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events
