Cozy country house on the outskirts of Estellencs. A perfect place to enjoy a holiday in one of the most beautiful areas of the island: Serra de Tramuntana, declared UNESCO Heritage Site in 2011.
You can enjoy also the swimming pool and a beautiful terrace/ garden.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.

The neighborhood
The house is located in a very quiet area between the mountains and the sea, at a walking distance towards Calla Estellencs beach. Restaurants and shopping area is nearby in the Estellencs village or to Port d’Alcudia.
Things to keep in mind
- A booking of minimum stay of 7 nights applies.
- Baby Set consisting of baby cot and high- chair is available on request.
- No pets allowed
