The space
Beautiful house with romantic sea view only 0.4 km away from Betlem and Colonia de San Pere. A perfect place for a family holiday or with friends. Beautiful swimming pool and a large garden area. Wonderful and quiet location, not far from the shopping and restaurants zone. All the bedrooms are wonderfully spacious and bright.
The beautiful terrace is designed for lounging and alfresco dining, all with breathtaking views.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.

The neighborhood
The house is located in a beautiful area of the bay of Alcudia, but not far from the beach of Colonia de San Pere, Sa Canova and Son Serra de Marina only around 4- 7 km, the most popular beaches on the northern coast of Mallorca. Located nearby Betlem and Arta, where there are also plenty of shops and very good restaurants in the area or daily local markets.

- During July and August, a minimum stay of 7 nights is requested
- Baby Set consisting of baby cot and high- chair is available on request
