IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.

The neighborhood
The house is located in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Illes Balears, España.
Nearby there is a very beautiful and quiet land zone, between S’Illot and Sa Coma (less than 2 km away), which are nearby the popular town of Cala Millor, Illes Balears, Spain. Also, it is closed to Cala d’en Rafelino.
Sa Coma
is one of the most beautiful beaches of the East Coast of Mallorca.
There are lots of
shops, cafés and restaurants just 5 min by car from the property. A big Eroski
Supermarket is 2,5 away.
Things to keep in mind
- Visitors must pay an on-site deposit of 500 Euros, which will be refunded in cash upon departure.
- In July/August a minimum stay of 7 nights applies.
- Baby Set consisting of baby cot and high- chair is available on request.
- Air-condition costs: The use of the air-conditioning will be charged additionally in cash (€ 0.15/kWh).
- No pets allowed
- Final cleaning included
