Other things to note

IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.

The neighborhood

The property is located in the south part of the island, close to the village of «Sa Rapita» and by car only 15 minutes away from the breathtaking famous beaches of Mallorca (Es Trenc, Sa Ràpita, Ses Covetes).

We recommend to our guests to rent a car.
We have a special deal with the company SIXT at the airport.

• During the period from June until August a minimum stay of 7 nights is requested.
•  Baby Set consisting of baby cot and high- chair is available on request
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events
