The house is built in typical Mallorcan style, with a stone facade on a large plot full of old and beautiful Mediterranean olive trees.

Nice rural estate with 7.000 sqm and a typical charming house surrounded by mountains of Serra de Tramuntana. It’s located between at a walking distance from the medieval village Selva (1.7 km).

Very comfortable garden and swimming pool with spectacular views.

Other things to note

IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.

The neighborhood

A perfect place to enjoy a holiday in one of the most beautiful areas of the island, close to Serra de Tramuntana declared UNESCO Heritage Site in 2011.

The house is located in a very quiet area, at around 30 km from the beaches Playa de Alcudia, Playa de Muro, Es Barcares or Playa des Morer Vermell and not far from the cozy localities Bunyola, Alaró, Inca and Santa Maria, famous for the local markets, leather factories and shops, comfortable restaurants, all kind of services and facilities.

• Baby Set consisting of baby cot and high- chair is available on request
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events

We wish that our guests feel at home and we expect an appropriate behavior by our guests, especially in houses located in quiet areas.
