Other things to note
IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.

The neighborhood
The house is located in a very quiet area near Selva (1 km) and Inca town (4 km) away and 30 km away from Alcudia, Playa del Muro, Es Barcares, Platja des Morerr Vermell, the most popular beaches on the north coast of Mallorca offering all kind of the services and facilities. There are also many shops and restaurants in the area.
We recommend to our guests to rent a car.
We have a special deal with the company SIXT at
the airport.
Things to keep in mind
- A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, arrival and departure day settled on Saturdays
- Baby Set consisting of baby cot and high- chair is available on request
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events
