The space
Beautiful rural house only 1.5 km away from Son Servera, 4.5 km from Calla Millor and 4.2 km from Cala Bona. A perfect place for a family holiday or with friends. Beautiful swimming pool and a large garden area. Wonderful and quiet location, not far from the shopping and restaurants zone. All the bedrooms are wonderfully spacious and bright.
The fully equipped kitchen outdoor is very comfortable. The house is decorated with antiques and paintings. The beautiful covered terrace is designed for lounging and alfresco dining, all with breathtaking views.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.

The neighborhood
The house is located in a very quiet area, closed to Son Servera (1.5 km away) but not far from the beach of Calla Millor and Cala Bona only around 5-10 min driving, which are the most popular beaches on the eastern coast of Mallorca. The beach has all the services and facilities. There are also many shops and restaurants in the area.
Things to keep in mind
- During July and August, a minimum stay of 7 nights is requested
- Baby Set consisting of baby cot and high- chair is available on request
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events
Additional Rules
We wish that our guests feel at home and we expect an appropriate behavior by our guests, especially in houses located in quiet areas.
