Other things to note

IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.

The neighborhood

The house is located in an amazing location, just above Cala Deia (0,4 km), nearby Deya village (4 km) and also by Sa Foredada (7 km) spectacular view, also not far from Port de Soller (15 km) and from Port of Valldemossa (18 km) where there are great shops and restaurants, offering all kind of the services and facilities.

Things to keep in mind

• During July, a minimum stay of 7 nights is requested
• Baby Set consisting of baby cot and high- chair is available on request
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events

Additional Rules

We wish that our guests feel at home and we expect an appropriate behavior by our guests, especially in houses located in quiet areas.
