Rustic villa with modern equipment and protected pool for the children. Wonderful seaview. A 150 M from the beach and very close to the beautiful beach of Costa de los Pinos.
The space
Beautiful villa with rustically style but modern furnishing. Big swimming pool (10×5 meters) and a large garden area. Wonderful location close to the sea and not far from the shopping and restaurants zone.
Guest access
On the fourth day of the stay we do a light clean and towels are changed. On the seventh day, total house cleaning with change of linen and towels is done.
Interaction with guests
We meet with customers at an stablished point from which we accompany you to the house. We’ll give you the keys and all the necessary information about the house, and through our mobile phone we will be always available for any incident.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.
