Located in a very quiet place, our house is perfect for a family holiday.
The space
Our
house is suitable for families or for a group of friends. The house has a
living space of 120m² which is divided into 4 double bedrooms (1 with bath en
suite), 1 bathroom, well equipped kitchen and a huge living/dining area with
fireplace.
Outside there is a 120 m2 roofed terrace which is perfect for an outdoor
breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the garden there are also a barbecue, a ping
pong table, a swing, several fruit trees and a lot of space to park the cars
and walk.
The swimming pool is on the right near the house in a separate area. There are sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor shower. All the space is fenced and there is also a secure gate with lock to ensure the safety of the children.
Guest access
On the fourth day of the stay the towels will be changed – On the seventh day the house will be cleaned again and there will be a change of bed linens and towels.
Interaction with guests
Some days before your arrival, we send per e-mail all the information about how to get to the house and how to contact us. During your stay we will be 24 hours available by phone.

are 4 leisure bikes to explore and tour the surroundings.
Near the house there is also a playground where children can play safety.
For groups with guests under 21 years there is a deposit in cash of 1.000 €.
IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 € a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.
