Rustic house in the greenest heart of the Serra de Tramuntana: wonderful views to the sea, unforgettable sunsets, cottage ideal for 4 people, rustic decoration.
The space
An ideal house for four people halfway between Deià and Valldemossa. Tranquility and fantastic sea views from the terrace (amazing sunsets). Swimming pool, shaded area under the pines and barbecue. The house has two double bedrooms, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room and a wooden balcony with spectacular views.
Guest access
On the fourth day of the stay the house is cleaned and towels changed; On the seventh day the house is completely cleaned with a change of sheets and towels.
Interaction with guests
A few days before arrival we send a detailed description of how to get to the house. During the stay we are available by phone at any time.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.
