On the fourth day of the stay we do a light clean and towels are changed. On the seventh day, total house cleaning with change of linen and towels is done.

A few days before the arrival we send to the guests an e-mail with all the information about how to get to the house. We are always available on the phone for any question or incident.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.
