Great location
Cozy country house on the outskirts of Valldemossa. A perfect place to enjoy a holiday in one of the most beautiful areas of the island: Serra de Tramuntana, declared UNESCO Heritage Site in 2011.
The space
The house is located in a very quiet area between the mountains and the sea, just 2,5 km away from Valldemossa. On the lower floor there is a living room with SAT-TV, a kitchen, a double room and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a double room with bathroom en suite and a beautiful terrace. You can enjoy also the swimming pool and garden.
Interaction with guests
At the 4th day of the stay there is a bathroom-cleaning and change of towels. We are available for our guests 24 hours on the phone.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: From the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced a tourist tax (called Ecotasa) to be collected by the house owners. Our guests will be charged 2,00 euro a day per adult over 16 years during their visit. This amount must be paid in cash.
